-Commissions are for personal use only unless it is business related and discussed beforehand (such as company collaborations for merchandise), buyer may not sell for merchandise, mint for NFTs, AI, Crypto, or similar. Violations for these will result in a blacklist from my commissions.
-Credit me for my work, you cannot remove my watermark without my permission.
-Check my prices, terms, and read everything thoroughly before commissioning me.
-I will send you updates if you wish, however please be upfront and respond to me, give me feedback, I cannot go forward with the work if you do not tell me what you want and need!
-After your inquiry and talking about prices and what you want once accepted please send me references, color palettes, ref sheets, anything regarding poses or backgrounds you want. Be very detailed, every piece helps me with your vision! I will not accept a piece if I do not have adequate references for the commission.
-Prices are subject to change based on complexity, numerous characters added to the piece, after the fact alterations, etc.
General Info:
-I have the right to refuse any commission!
-After going over everything carefully please reach out via my form in the support section, email, etc.
-I will not accept commissions if payment is not upfront.
-Please be patient, commissions can take a few days or longer because of my chronic illnesses, chronic pain, and disabilities.
-If you are rude to me or disrespectful I will decline your inquiry or cancel the commission.
-If you have any questions or concerns on terms, will/won't draw, or otherwise feel free to ask via email or DM.
-If for any reason I am unable to complete your piece you will be notified and refunded immediately.
-Notify me if you would not like your piece posted online or on certain platforms.
-Do not remove my watermark without my permission.
-I do not permit ANY of my work to be used for AIs, NFTs, Crypto, or similar. I will not accept inquiries for these either. No exceptions.
Payment Info:
-All commissions will be paid in FULL and UPFRONT.
-I will not accept any commission inquiries that are racist, xenophobic, bigoted, misogynist/misandrist, ableist, classist, sexist, homophobic/LGBTQIA+ phobic, transphobic, etc. or anything in those realms/anything hurtful or underaged.
-I accept tender through Ko-Fi, Stripe, and Chime.
-I don't accept Crypto or NFT, and will not accept art trades as a form of payment.
-I also will not accept other forms of payment like gift cards, Steam trades, Robux, TF2 keys, or otherwise, and I will not do a commissions for exposure either, any inquiries of these will be blocked or ignored.
-If I accepted a commission from you and for any reason you cancel I will not finish the art piece nor refund.
-I will do alterations if I show you the finished product/W.I.Ps, however if you confirm with me you like the final piece, are okay with it + want nothing more and come to me after the fact days later or hours after wanting adjustments there will be a fee per adjustment desired.
-Do not send me any money before I accept a inquiry.
-Again please take in mind drawings can take longer due to: The complexity you desire, if you order multiple pieces, my queue/commission slots being filled by other clients, because of my disabilities, chronic pain, and chronic illnesses, please be patient-- thank you! [Also keep in mind I do not work on commissions during the weekend so me and my body can rest.]
